Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $20 across Canada.

Shipping is free on orders over $150 before tax.

Please note that oversized or heavy items may not qualify for flat-rate or free shipping and may require additional shipping charges.

Yes — local pickup is available in Stony Plain, Alberta.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions to book a pickup time.

All pickups are by appointment only.

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Yes — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

While we are not responsible for damage incurred during transit, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Yes. Sale items, gift cards, custom or special order items, and select personal care goods are final sale and not eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped, but we will do our best to help.

Some pieces may be restocked, while others are limited and may not return.
