Shipping policy

At The Sunday House, every order is thoughtfully packed with care and intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and support.

Shipping

We carefully pack and ship each order from Alberta, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $20 across Canada.

Shipping is free on orders over $150 (before tax).

Please note: oversized or heavy items may not qualify for flat-rate or free shipping and may require additional shipping charges.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Stony Plain, Alberta.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions to book a pickup time.

All pickups are by appointment only.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Alberta: 1–3 business days
• Western Canada: 2–5 business days
• Eastern Canada: 4–8 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist where we can.
