Refund policy
We want you to love everything you bring into your home from The Sunday House.
If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unused and in original condition
• with all original packaging and tags
• accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email info@thesundayhouse.ca.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
While we are not responsible for damage incurred during transit, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:
• sale items
• gift cards
• custom or special order items
• select personal care goods
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
